At Meramec River Resort, we love pets and welcome them as part of your camping adventure! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests (both two- and four-legged), we kindly ask that you review our pet policy:
- Never Left Unattended: Please do not leave pets unattended at your site, in vehicles, or inside tents/cabins.
- Clean Up After Your Pet: Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the designated dump stations throughout the campground.
- Barking & Behavior: We want everyone to have an enjoyable camping experience! Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to remove disruptive pets from the property.
- Floating: Your pet is welcome to float with you! Please watch your pet closely and do not let them swim too far from you. Consider a pet life jacket as we want your pet to be safe too!
- Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas or communicable illnesses.
- Owner Responsibility: You as the owner are responsible for the behavior of your pet and will be liable for any damages or incidences involving your pet.
